Harry Snyder, CEO

Harry is the Chief Executive Officer for Platte River Energy Resources. Prior to founding Platte River, Harry worked as a development manager at Apex Clean Energy and Scout Clean Energy. Harry earned a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Mary Washington.

Kevin Bennett, Chief Commercial Officer

Kevin is Chief Commercial Officer at Platte River Energy Resources.  With a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Virginia, he has over a decade of experience in energy development.  Prior to Platte River, Kevin was the director of project acquisitions at Apex Clean Energy and a commercial manager in development businesses at Chevron.  He was an officer in the Marine Corps for six years and proudly led Marines in multiple combat deployments.

Briggs Neal, Manager Acquisition

Briggs is Manager, Acquisitions at Platte River Energy Resources. With a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina, Briggs has over ten years of experience in financial analysis and business development. Prior to Platte River, Briggs was Associate Director at Coleman Research.

James Cody, Manager Acquisition

James is Manager, Acquisitions at Platte River Energy Resources. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2015 and earned a Masters in Environmental Management from Western Colorado University in 2021. In his free time he enjoys biking, snowboarding, cooking, and WSP.

Aaron Weisinger-Flood, Manager Acquisition

Aaron is Manager, Acquisitions at Platte River Energy Resources. He graduated from the University of Vermont in 2017 where he studied Environmental Studies and Political Science. Prior to joining Platte River, Aaron traveled to Togo, West Africa, where he served as a Peace Corps volunteer specializing in agriculture. After COVID forced him home to Boulder a bit earlier than intended, Aaron began working for the US Forest Service's Boulder Ranger District as a Visitor Information Specialist.

Scott Schutte, Manager Acquisition

Scott is Manager, Acquisitions at Platte River Energy Resources. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 2016 with an interdisciplinary degree in Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, and Architecture. Prior to joining Platte River, Scott spent five years working as a construction estimator and on-site engineer across the United States.
